We offer a Wedding Day Coordination package as well as a Set Up and Take Down package.

Wedding Day Coordination

Wedding Day Coordination is perfect for the couple who has carefully planned their wedding but wants to relax in the weeks leading up to the wedding and most importantly, wants to have a completely stress free day!

Planning a wedding is fun but it can be incredibly overwhelming in the last few weeks before the big day.  I want you and your fiance to walk down the aisle proud of what you’d planned and with the confidence that everything you organized will be brought to life better than you imagined.

With Wedding Day Coordination we sit down together four weeks before your wedding day with a big cup of coffee and go through all the plans you’ve made.  Once we leave that coffee date, you can let out a big exhale because from this point on you can trust Something Beautiful Weddings to finalize all the details.  I’ve created a system that allows me to seamlessly step in and take over for you so that you can breathe easy and enjoy your final weeks as an engaged couple before saying “I do!”

Then of course, I’ll be there on the wedding day to make sure that your entire vision, right down to the smallest detail, is executed flawlessly.  I want to make sure the only thing you’re worried about on the wedding day is which old school dance move you’re going to bust out first…the robot or the roger rabbit.

Investment for Wedding Day Coordination is $1800.  Wedding Day Coordination begins 4 weeks prior to your wedding date but can be booked as far as 6 months in advance of the wedding, please get in touch for more information!


Set Up and Take Down

You and your fiance have planned your big day right down to the last detail.  Every “i” is dotted and each “t” is crossed and you can’t wait to see your vision come to life!

But you really don’t want to try and wrangle your bridal party to help set up the venue and then bring them all back the following morning to tear it down.  Or even worse, try to get everyone to help tear down that same night!
And to be perfectly honest, you’d rather just relax and enjoy your wedding day than rush around putting out favours and tying chair sashes on 200 chairs the morning of the wedding!

That’s where Something Beautiful Weddings comes in!  Let our team be the ones who show up on site the day of or day before your wedding to ensure that each of your carefully selected decor is set up flawlessly.  From folding napkins to arranging centerpieces to lighting four hundred candles, you can rest assured that each element you’ve planned will be in place by the time you and your guest arrive to party the night away!

Then after the celebrations are through, our team will arrive to make sure each item is packed up, organized and ready to be returned to vendors!

Investment for set up and take down services begins at $950 and can increase based on the size of the wedding, complexity of the design etc.  Send me an email today for more information!
